Refund Procedure

To Request a Refund:
1) To review our Return policies, please visit Refund Policy. You have the right to return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
2) Create and Submit a Support Request from your Account to request a refund for your order
4) Our Customer Service team will respond to you within 48 hours to complete the process.

We offer a simple, easy, and fair refund policy because we truly believe in the effectiveness of our products. Refund requests may not be processed earlier than two weeks after your order has been delivered, as we want our customers to give the products a fair evaluation before deciding.

Please include the original shipping invoice, and a note with your full name, phone number, and order number in your return package so we may identify and expedite your transaction.

Initial shipping charges on promotional or sale items are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive a return, please allow between 7-10 business days for processing. After initiating the refund, funds can take 3-7 business days to post, which is dependent on the original payment source.
